Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, as well as many other uses. During a Reiki session, healing energy flows through the practitioner to the client to help remove energy blocks and allow the body to resume its natural healing process. Reiki also helps to restore balance and well-being to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components of the body and soul.

EFT

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is an energetic healing tool that can be used to reduce stress, release limiting beliefs and negative emotions, change unwanted behaviors, work through life transitions, and much more so that you can live your best life.

EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, whether it be a physical issue or a life situation, there is an underlying component of stress and unresolved emotional issues that are getting in the way of you achieving your goals or finding balance.

Like each of you reading this, we all have our stories, we’re all connected energetically, and love is at the heart of all of our lives.

My journey and spiritual connection started when I was very young before I knew what all the things I was drawn to even meant.

As I got older, I started to get interested in the body, health, and the spiritual world, but I still wasn’t sure where I fit in all of it.

After earning my undergraduate degree in kinesiology, I went on to become an elementary school teacher, finding my inspiration in the innocence, creativity, and joy of the children I taught.

After making the extremely difficult decision to leave teaching, I began to immerse myself in modern supplements, herbs, homeopathic vibrational energy, food, home remedies, crystals, essential oils, energy bodywork, etc.
